Elfin Kitchens Limited “Echo Dot” prize draw competition – terms and conditions of entry
1.The Elfin Kitchens Limited “Echo Dot” prize draw (hereinafter referred to as the “PrizeDraw”) is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) who are over 18 years of age.
2.Evidence of eligibility to enter the Prize Draw maybe required by the Promoter, before prizes are awarded
3.By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this competition. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
4.No purchase necessary. There is no charge to submit an entry via the website.

6.Entries to the Prize Draw must be made via the Pop up box on the Elfin Kitchens website found between 14th January 2020 and before midnight on 4th February 2020. No telephone or postal entries will be accepted.
7.There are two first prizes of an Amazon Echo Dot with clock and an Amazon Echo Dot. Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives.
8.All valid and, if applicable, correct entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winners will be picked at random.
9.There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw.
10.The process for selecting and identifying the winning entries has been reviewed independently.
11.All winners will be notified by 14th February 2020.
12.In the event that the entrant of the selected winning entry does not satisfy the terms and conditions of entry, the prize will be awarded to another entry.
13.Winning entrants will be responsible for any personal expenses incurred in redeeming their prize, such as travel, additional days, subsistence and expenses.
14.By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Elfin Kitchens Limited regarding Elfin Kitchens products and services by email / SMS. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by notifying the Promoter.
15.All personal data provided when entering the Prize Draw will be held and used in accordance with the Elfin Kitchens Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://elfinkitchens.co.uk/privacy-policy/
16.A list of Prize Draw winners’ names and counties will be available from the Promoter, on written request, from 14th February 2020.
17.In the event of any dispute, the decision of the authorised representative of the Promoter will be final and binding.
18.The Promoter, its agents and servants accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred by entrants to the Competition as a result of accepting or redeeming their prize.
19.Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
20.Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for your records as they will only be available online until 4th February 2020.
