Suitable for areas where space is very limited, yet food preparation and storage is essential; such as student accommodation, offices and bedsits in the private and social housing sectors, Elfin’s Economy Range delivers an affordable solution combining aesthetics with practicality for excellent space design.
The Economy unit, which is fitted with highly durable pre-formed doors, comprises a sink with a monobloc mixer tap and waste kit, an ‘A rated’ fridge and is available with microwave and two drawers or just an under-sink cupboard. For domestic applications the addition of two hotplates makes this the ideal solution for storing and preparing food in compliance with both the Housing Act and Health & Safety Act.
Delivered to site as one complete unit, the kitchen is ready to be fitted and plumbed directly to the service pipes. Installation takes less than half an hour so labour costs are reduced too.
Bob Andrew, Managing Director of Elfin Kitchens commented, “Our Economy Range is designed to provide a very affordable kitchen solution, which can be used in any area where space is extremely limited and a normal kitchen arrangement is out of the question. With many products, the word ‘economy’ can suggest that although the item is reasonably priced, it may be let down by poor design. With the Elfin Kitchens Economy Range functionality and longevity play an important role in the creation of the units: it is about presenting a solution to a problem.”
Elfin Kitchens is now compliant with the WEEE directive, set in place to ensure electrical goods are disposed of in a safe and responsible manner, eradicating the risk of sending waste goods to landfill.
