PARC Housing Ltd, a leading provider of high-quality accommodation, sought to enhance their recent redevelopment project Norwood Road with compact, durable, and stylish kitchen solutions. The project required a combination of communal and individual kitchen spaces to cater to both shared and private living arrangements.
Project Goals
- Install a functional and space-efficient communal kitchen for residents.
- Equip six individual bedsits with self-contained kitchenettes.

6x Sand 1000mm Premium Tea Station Kitchens, each featuring:
- 20L solo microwave
- Stainless steel splashbacks for easy cleaning and durability
- Fridge with freezer compartment
